I enjoyed my phone
conversations with Evan.
He helped me to look
within myself, to
reflect, and to think
about what is best for
"me". His coaching has
allowed me to be
stronger and to avoid
all the "drama" going on
inside my head-which
ultimately prevents
drama with friends and
family. My first week
without Evan's phone
call, I almost was
afraid because now I
have to think for and
please myself; not

When I think of Evan B.
D’Silva, I think of a
line from the poem “On
Children”, by the
spiritual love poet
Khalil Gibran. Evan, my
spiritual mentor, helps
me to see “the mark upon
the path of the
infinite” and to live in
my heart so that I may
be where I am meant to
be and journey toward my
most authentic destiny.
My barefoot counsellor
helps me, again and
again, to make that
short journey from my
head to my heart and
stay rooted in what is
true for me. On a
pragmatic level, what
has Evan done for me? He
has helped me to reduce
my anxiety, live in the
moment and see anything
going wrong as a gift
from the universe and he
has encouraged me to
learn from these gifts.
Evan, my barefoot guru,
you continue to help me
come home to myself. I
am tremendously grateful
that our paths crossed,
but equally confident
that it was always meant
to be.

I first met Evan in early

have always walked a spiritual
path but all of a sudden i

can one truly express their

Evan
is one of the most kind, caring,
thoughtful and compassionate
individuals that I have known. He

Although he is not my life

Since I have met Evan
my life has truly changed, and most definitely for
the better. He has an energy that invigorates and
